DBXV - Allifa

Luffa and Allison have used the Potara (ポタラ Potara), magical earrings worn by the Kaioshin, to fuse together. She has a cocky attitude, as expected of a fusion, but still has a noble heart. She has the psychic abilities of Allison and the Saiyan abilities of Luffa, each amplified by their combined powers.

According to Dragon Ball Super, Potara fusion is only permanent for Kaioshin (at least one of the fusees has to be a Kaioshin) while mortals only stay fused for an hour. Maybe the Potara of the 10th Universe work differently than the ones from the 7th?
