She is a banshee, I'm pretty sure it's confirmed. Also, if Ruby is between the age of 6 and 11, then I'd say that Misery is no older than 12. Same for the others;
Skullboy's probably about 10 or 12, Frank and Len are about 13-15 years old, Scaredy is about 9 and Iris is probably 10. In fact, the only adults that live in or near the mansion are Poe, Mr and Mr White and The Skeletunes.
